Refund & Return Policy

 Most of our items are final sale!!! 

NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGES ONLY (if applicable)

Where applicable, contact us within 24 hours of delivery of your package with any issues you might have. Please note claims made after 24hours will void your eligibility. 

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a  exchange. Once your Item has been shipped, only store credit is available as form of refund (if applicable) .Additionally, refunds cannot be granted while item is in transit to you (shipped).


Only one exchange is permitted per item (if applicable). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. 

You are responsible for contacting ShopZnay with return information (if applicable) and returning product within the policy time frame. Items sent after will be returned to sender.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.We also do not accept products that are intimate such as undergarments or skincare products. Some skin fitted clothing are also exempt from return.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Swimsuits
  • Gift cards
  • Intimates
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Skincare products
  • Items from our 'Luxury' line
  • Some clothing item.
  • All items which states no returns in the description of the product


To complete your return, PLEASE EMAIL US FIRST : sales@shopznay.com with a required receipt or proof of purchase. We will verify your eligibility for return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds in the form of store credit is granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (i.e-store credit).


If you are approved for a  cash refund before item is shipped (see above requirements), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the reflection on your account depends on your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund , please contact us at sales@shopznay.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please check sizes prior to purchasing and contact us should you need any help re sizing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@shopznay.com and send your item to: ShopZnay,511 S Orange Ave,#2001, Newark,NJ 07103.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Fees
A restocking fee of $20 will be applicable for each returned item. This will be deducted from all store credit granted.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items and a $20 restocking fee . Shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

Orders which are returned due to customer's failure to collect will be charged this restocking fee and all shipping and return shipping fees(if any) associated.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee the protection of shipped items through a third party shipping company and as such tracking is highly recommended .
